( 31.03.2010)
To give a better conspectus of business opportunities and offered solutions, our technical and sales managing partner has launched a completly revised website.
You'll find there beside a lot of price and service information all offers of temporarily prepared construction plans of professional
AguaSolara© systems.
For all offered systems the design manuals with detailed production documents are available.
Including all necessary drawings, part list and essential suppliers addresses.

"High Quality" water treatment including a "Watershop". A prefab unit on a 2-axle trailer New Development ( 03.02.2010)
In cooperation with a private European NGO the WaterPurifyingUnit has been advanced essential. The unit now can be applied without any objections in short to medium time operations to the sea water desalination. However, the consumption of filter elements is in this case higher.

The key points of this new development:
   -  The tank has been enlarged up to 2.000 liters. (2 x 1.000 l)
   -  The expanded filter system which now withdraws all content suspended matters
from the water in 4 steps to 1 µm and thus the water achieves the quality of ultrapure water.

   -  The water will be mineralized gently and by the way it gets a better taste.
A reason why customer’s acceptance will increase.

   -  In addition a cooling unit is cooling down max. 200 liters on 12/16°C during the still running
       purification process.

   -  In such a way prepared water will give operators of the
AguaSolara© WaterPurifyingUnit
the opportunity offering their production also filled up in bottles on the market.

The technical and economic adaptation to long-term aid and disaster operations, as well as the consistent conversion of the idea of a "Small Business" watershop warrants the larger dimensioning of the trailer and the battery-buffered solar supply up to 4 x 250 Wattpeak .

The first function-tested trailer, built in Germany, is already successfully operating in a refugee station in the southern Sudan, weekly supplying of  scarcely 300 runway km several small settlements and three hospital wards with drinking water of highest quality. The vehicle moving the trailer, a Toyota Hilux 4WD Pickup, makes the UN available. The rough runway conditions copes the trailer chassis strengthened with specially spring. Despite a gross weight of scarcely 3 t.

Now the AFRICOM Technology Transfer is looking for licensees, who will produce (assemble) these unit locally with only few imported parts and organize local sales.

ORC Thermogenerator Prototyp passes durable test in Namibia.

Technology (Own bulletin, 07.09.2009)
The AguaSolara© 10 KW Thermogenerator was long tested successfully in a field trial over 6 months in Namibia.
The thermogenerator was developed to replace generators operating with gasoline and/or diesel. It is designed as a robust, compact and economical "small-scale" alternative for developing countries.

"Next to the simple technology and the system robustness the ORC technology (Organic Rankine Cycle) operates completely CO2 free."

The preproduction model  in the test achieved a max. hourly output of 12 kW/h electricity operating 24h with a simple biogas (fermentation gas) fire / boiler heat exchanger technology.
The tested plant  with locally produced Solar parabolic mirrors and a thermooil/heat exchanger construction achieved 10 kW/h only with direct sunlight input
Solar input: 400-600 Wpeak, 70 square m mirror sur face. Max. temperature 160°C, nominal thermal capacity = 40 kilowatt.

A series of experiments with standard "Heat pipe" hot water collectors and a 24h buffer system is under preparation.

New Biogas Adapter
passes durable test.
Technology (Own bulletin, 26.03.2007)
A new "Biogas Adapter"  was developed on behalf of a license partner for the smallest
AguaSolara
© 3 KW gasoline generator, which lets such small generator types run even "round".
The adapter was tested in the last months in a long-term starting/stop cycle. That's an important step for troublefree operating of smallest electricity stations, which are fed with fermentation gas.

System's Introduction in Morocco. Marketing (La Vie Economique, Casablanca, 08.03.2007)
For an interested circle of investors a presentation of the german AguaSolara© system was organized in the hotel Suisse, Casablanca. Apart from the technical innovation of the Hygroextraktor© system also the new developed, solar-operating sea water desalination plant in modular design has found high interest of the participants in license production and selling in the Maghreb states (...)

Sun-driven steering tested with tpu-Testsysteme. Technology (Own bulletin, 11.01.2007)
The sun element of the sun-driven steering of the AguaSolara© parabolic was tested under realistic sun conditions on the operability and reliability with changing practice conditions. A special test cycle was also driven in the salt spray.
